Manipur High School Leaving Certificate Results are out finally. The Board of Secondary Education Manipur declared that on May 11th 2012 around 6pm the results will be officially out.
And for the Council of Higher Secondary Education(CHSE) Manipur the results will be announced around 4pm today.
